Care Plus Foundation strives to build a brighter world for the  nearly one in four community members struggling with mental health issues.  Our comprehensive approach to eliminating the stigma of mental illness includes direct support, advocacy and community involvement.

The Foundation supports the innovative and life changing programming of Care Plus NJ and provides direct client support through medication aide, housing support and  educational scholarships.

Our robust advocacy program brings community awareness and fundraising events, as well as professional conferences to Bergen County.

Drum-A-Thon in UK Donates  Proceeds to Paramus NJ-Based Care Plus Foundation
Jem, a dynamic 23-year old living in the United Kingdom, recently learned about the New Jersey-based A.N.G.E.L. Initiative and its work with Care Plus Foundation to eliminate the stigma for mental health. She was so inspired by their efforts that she decided to do her part by holding a 12-hour drum-a-thon and to draw pictures to raise money for the cause.  MORE

 

Care Plus NJ Earns Best Practices Award in Consumer Satisfaction

Care Plus NJ has been honored with a top Best Practices Award in Consumer Satisfaction by the Mental Health Corporations of America (MHCA).
