$85 provides transportation for a foster child to/from Care
Plus NJ’s Adoption House, were he/she can meet with his/her
biological family
$220 funds one treatment day for an adult in our Partial
Care Day Program, which supports those struggling with
serious mental illness and helps them overcome
physical/emotional obstacles to become healthy, functioning
community members
$300 enables Care Plus NJ to provide a 2-hour presentation
to a school on suicide prevention, or bullying and violence
prevention
$568 provides a month’s worth of medication for a teen who’s
mom lost her job and has no health insurance
$900 enrolls a troubled youth and the parents in Care Plus
NJ’s 10-week anger management program.
The program teaches the youth and parents skills and
strategy needed to build a strong foundation.
$2,000 provides a scholarship to a single mother struggling
with bipolar disorder to help her complete college so she
can secure employment to provide for her young daughter
$2,200 provides 1 week of comprehensive services and
holistic care for our most severely, persistently mentally
ill individuals living in Care Plus NJ’s highest level of
supervised residences.
